As part of her expert care, Courtney Shish, DPT, is able to complete custom hand orthotics (splints) along with providing the full range of therapeutic interventions.

Aquatic Therapy

Physical Therapy in the water can be beneficial for many different injuries. Water creates a low impact way to strengthen muscles and work on balance in a safe environment with a lower risk for falls. If you enjoy swimming for cardiovascular exercise, we can also meet with you in the pool for stroke technique corrections. We can take what we know about your specific movement needs "on land" and recommend how to best move in the water. Julia Badding, DPT, spent over 15 years in the competitive swimming world and would love to work with you in the pool to reach your movement goals.

Dry Needling

Dry needling is a technique used by physical therapists and other health care providers to target trigger points within your muscles. The needles stimulate your muscles, which causes them to briefly contract or twitch. This helps relieve pain and improve your range of motion. Our staff Physical Therapist Julia Badding, DPT will be able to provde this service starting July 2024.
